Guest Experience - Print Service Request

Marco's Client Portal now offers a Guest Experience to request service for your print device.

Service Request

NOTE: The user will need to know the Equipment Number or Serial Number of the device to request service.

When you arrive at the Guest Experience, choose the option on the left to request service. When you select the request service option you'll be presented with a choice of two different types of services available - please choose "Copier Related Issue" as shown below.

Once chosen, you will begin to create a service request. On this screen, you have an opportunity to enter either the equipment number or the serial number. Once you start entering one of these selections, the other will become unavailable.

After you have the equipment number or the serial number entered. Continue to complete the remainder of the fields including:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Work e-mail address
  • Work phone number
  • Description of the problem

All fields listed above are required. There is an option at the bottom of the page to insert a purchase order number if your organization requires it. The PO is the only field on the page that is optional. If you attempt to hit the submit button without having one of the required items completed, the screen will highlight in red the item that you are missing.

Once you submit the request at the bottom of the page, you will be presented with a CAPTCHA option to confirm you are a person. Then you will receive one of two confirmations.

  • The first confirmation would be a Green Bar at the top of the page that will indicate a successful completion of a service request. 
  • If for some reason the information entered either did not match a serial number or an equipment number, or there was something else missing on the screen, you will receive a Red Error message saying we are unable to process your request at this time. If this occurs, remember that it must be a valid equipment number or a serial number in order to proceed past here.

Upon completion of a successful request, you will also receive an e-mail to the address that you have entered on the previous page.
