Access the Voice Portal and review the portal menu options.
To access the voice portal, dial the group’s voice mailbox phone number and press star (*). When prompted, enter your PIN and listen to the voice portal menu options.

- Press 1 to access the voice mailbox
- Press 3 to access the greetings menu
- Press 8 to change your passcode
- Press 9 to exit the Voice Portal
- To repeat these options or access other menus, press pound (#)
